Join My Village
My Village is a different kind of subscription. This is a membership that provides you with opportunities for friendship, fun, and growth alongside other moms - a club that is specifically designed for this time in life.
Our village is a welcoming group of fellow mothers who want to come alongside you to support each other throughout motherhood. To see if this is a good fit, we invite you to attend one or two events with us. We want to make sure each member feels at home in the special community we have. My Village is a safe place to be vulnerable and grow. We have lively discussions, belly laughs, and occasional tears. This is a place to agree and also feel safe to disagree. (ahhh....we wish the whole world was more like My Village)
The fee to participate is $20/month. You can join and cancel at any time. We have a variety of offerings and you can participate in as much or as little as you like.
How it works:
There is a $20/month membership fee. After you use the link below to join, you will be invited to the app BAND. This is where we post events and chat among members. You will find a mix of events on different days and times throughout the month. Most of our events are in the Ocean Springs area since that is where Better Beginnings is based.
NO PRESSURE: You are welcome to attend as many or as few events as you want. You can bring your child(ren) or come alone. Whatever feels right for you on that day. (Except occasionally we have a Moms Night Out with no kiddos). All we ask is that you RSVP. You have full control to pause or cancel your membership at any time. We promise, no hard feelings.
VALUES: Above all we expect both kindness and respect for adults and children. We are a secular organization. We don't drink at events. We welcome a variety of people. We approach differences with a spirit of curiosity and support. Nothing less is acceptable.
