This is a comprehensive, in-person childbirth education program designed to prepare expectant parents for a positive and confident birth experience. Total cost is $375. Here's a brief overview:

Course Structure: The course consists of six 3-hour classes spread over two months, providing a total of 18 hours of instruction. The classes include a mix of informative content, practical exercises, and group discussions. Content: Topics cover a range of important subjects for childbirth preparation, including early labor, coping techniques, labor positions, postpartum planning, and baby care. The course also emphasizes the importance of building a support network and nurturing relationships, with participants encouraged to connect with other couples.

Target Audience: The course is suitable for all types of expectant families, whether this is their first baby or their fourth, and for those planning various birth types (hospital or home births, natural birth, etc.).
